I’m just a girl who grew up in the countryside and never stopped loving poetry. I’ve always loved writing, putting thoughts on paper and finding words for things that aren’t always easy

to say.

Life feels very different now. Everything moves so quickly. We work, we rush, we spend so much of our time looking at screens, and without even realising it, we can go through an entire day without taking a moment just for ourselves. So much around us is edited, filtered, generated and made to look perfect that sometimes I find myself missing the simple things, the things that feel human. This is why I created Story in a Flame.

I wanted to bring together the things I genuinely love, fragrance and poetry, and create something that still has a person behind it. I make my fragrances with care, I still write my poetry myself, and when someone asks me to write something personal for them, I sit down, read what they have shared with me and write it from the beginning, just as I always have.

I don’t think we need another thing telling us who to be, how to feel or how our lives should

look. Sometimes we just need to put everything down for a little while, light a candle, read a few words, sit quietly, or simply do nothing. Just take some time for yourself, and be exactly who you are.
